பஞ்சஸ்தவத்தில் ஒன்றான ஸுந்தரபாஹு ஸ்தவத்தை கூரத்தாழ்வார் திருமாலிருஞ்சோலை எம்பெருமான் கள்ளழகருக்காக அருளிச்செய்தார். 132 ஸ்லோகங்களைக் கொண்ட இந்த ஸ்தவம் வேதாந்த அர்த்தங்களின் சாராம்சமாக விளங்குகிறது.

SrI SundarabAhu Stavam is a stavam that contains 132 slokams, composed by Sri Koorathaazhwan (KurEsar). Koorathaazhwan enjoyed the Vaibhavam of ThirumAlirumcholai Sundararaja Perumal intensively through these slokams, describes the divya Soundharyam pf the Lord Sundararaja Perumal (Sundara baahu).

“I salute the great mahaan Srivathsa Chinha Misra (Swamy Koorathazhwan) whose Sri Sookthis became the thirumangalyam of the mother Veda (The 4 Vedas also named as Thrayee as mentioned in the above thanian).”

Meaning:
“Adiyen, who has been blessed to receive vivid knowledge about the Tatthva Thrayams from Bhagavath RaamAnuja Yatheendhrar; adiyen is therefore holding the sacred feet of Hari NaarAyaNan with nithya sambhandham to Sri Devi; as a result of my SaraNAgathy , Adiyen is freed from the fear about the mighty and sorrowful ocean of SamsAram. Adiyen is going to praise and eulogize now the Lord of ThirumAlirum ChOlai, known for His beautiful and strong shoulders, for the purpose of gaining the darsana soubhAgyam of His sacred Thiruvadi.”
